At Creamolla, we are committed to delivering your favorite premium hazelnut spread quickly and safely to your doorstep. Please read our shipping and returns policy carefully to understand how we process your orders.
1. Shipping Policy
- Order Processing Time: All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
- Delivery Timelines: Once dispatched, standard delivery usually takes between 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location within India.
- Shipping Rates: We currently offer Free Delivery on your first order! For subsequent orders, shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address.
- Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and SMS with a tracking number and a link to track your package in real-time.
- Serviceable Areas: We ship pan-India. If your pin code is unserviceable by our courier partners, we will notify you and process a full refund immediately.
2. Return & Refund Policy
Because Creamolla is a premium consumable food product, we maintain strict hygiene and safety standards. Therefore, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges for items once delivered.
However, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer replacements or refunds only under the following conditions:
- Damaged, Expired, or Incorrect Products: If you receive a jar/pouch that is damaged in transit, expired, or different from what you ordered, we will replace the item or issue a full refund.
- How to Claim a Replacement/Refund:
- You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the delivery.

- You must include an unboxing video and clear photographs of the damaged/incorrect product and the shipping label. Without an unboxing video, we may not be able to process your claim.
- Refund Processing: Once your claim is approved, if you opt for a refund, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
3. Cancellations You can cancel your order before it has been dispatched from our facility. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled. To request a cancellation, please contact our support team immediately.
