These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”), and Creamolla (“we,” “us,” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the creamolla.com website as well as any other media form related or connected thereto. By accessing the site, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms & Conditions.
2. Products and Pricing
- Product Descriptions: We make every effort to display the colors, features, specifications, and details of the products available on the site as accurately as possible. However, as our products are food items, actual packaging and colors may vary slightly.
- Availability: All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time for any reason.
- Pricing: Prices for all products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or cancel an order in the event of a pricing error on the website.
3. Purchases and Payment We accept payments through standard, secure payment gateways (including credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and net banking). You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the site. You further agree to promptly update account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
4. Shipping and Delivery We strive to dispatch all orders promptly. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on your location and external factors (such as weather or courier delays). Creamolla is not liable for any delays in delivery caused by the shipping carrier.
5. Return and Refund Policy Because Creamolla deals in premium consumable food products, all sales are final and non-returnable.
- We only accept replacement or refund requests if the product delivered is damaged, expired, or incorrect.
- To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order, along with unboxing video/photographic proof of the damaged or incorrect item.
6. Intellectual Property Rights Unless otherwise indicated, the site is our proprietary property. All source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the site (collectively, the “Content”) and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the “Marks”) are owned or controlled by Creamolla, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws of India.
7. Prohibited Activities You may not access or use the site for any purpose other than that for which we make the site available. The site may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us.
8. Governing Law These terms and conditions and your use of the site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gautam Budh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.
